A wonderful month

March for me was a real busy month.....so many Birthdays...for so many people I love. So to all my love ones who celebrated a birthday this month both living and up above , I say Thank God for Blessing me with wonderful people like you in my Life..May God continue to shine HIS light upon you all.

The Train Ride Is Over

Don Cornelius has been charged with multiple misdemeanors for last month's domestic-violence arrest.

The 72-year-old showbiz vet faces three counts of spousal battery, one count of dissuading a witness from making a police report and one count of assault with a deadly weapon—each charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in county jail.

Cornelius was sentenced to three years' probation after pleading no contest to one count of corporeal injury resulting in traumatic condition of a spouse stemming from his October arrest.

He was also fined $1,000; ordered to perform 300 hours of community service and complete a 52-week domestic violence treatment program; banned from possessing, owning or using deadly weapons or threatening violence against any person, particularly his wife; and ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Mulholland estate where the attack took place.

As part of the plea deal, four other misdemeanor charges were dropped.

Isn't it funny how a dude can say "Oh, my woman never want's to do it" or "I have to teach her everything"..then when they get with a chic who has a sex drive like a man...who knows how to handle her own between the sheets... they start acting like the woman they talked about. Are they really ready for a woman who is on there level??? Or is that talk to make them look good. Well, I have called a few of ya'll bluff's. The game is over.Don't say what you want then when u get it you run. Be a man. If you can't handle it say it. It's all good. I"m upfront about mines, why don't you be upfront about yours..don't be no punk.

I just wanted to take just a moment to say "Thanks" to Oprah. Can you believe that she has had the "O" magazine for over 9 years and every single month there has been a new picture of her on the cover. Big Oprah, lil Oprah, happy Oprah, depressed Oprah, country Oprah,classy Oprah....we have seen it all. Now, for the 1st time Oprah is sharing her cover ...with none other than Michelle Obama, Our First Lady. The Obama's are making their mark everywhere. So many are showing their love, their dedication and honor to this wonderful family. This cover is sure to be a collector's edition.

Rambling about Friends

What is the big deal about men & women being friends??!!!? Are women that insecure about themselves to where there man, husband, male associate or whatever ,he is to them can't have a female friend. I'm just one of those females that seem to have better relationships with males than females. It seems like all my male friends have females who start off being cool then next thing you know they accuse you of wanting him. Or shall i say they tell him or another mutual friend cause although its how they feel they ain't woman enough to confront you...so what's the point of saying it??!!? Its funny to me cause in most cases I've been the friend before the chic came along and its like ummm.. if i wanted him why wouldn't i have already had him..hahaha..or maybe i did and it didn't work out and our friendship was something worth holding on too...ummm...makes you wonder ,uh. I just say remember ladies if he values the friend and you start trying to make him change the people he has been around, If he is not whipped ,then nine times out of ten he ain't changing and you have now cause a problem in your relationship because now you don't trust him.. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you shouldn't show a lil jealously if your man has a female friend but what I am saying is that not all female friends , want your man.I mean honestly how many females out there really don't have a male friend?? So why is it ok for you to have a friend but not ok for him to have a female friend. Its that whole double standard shit...I honestly feel that men and women can be friends. I believe that if they set the boundaries for there friendship, then both parties are aware of what the other person wants out of there friendship...then u can have a successful friendship. Just think about it...i might be making sense.

OK, ready or not, here I am..Social Butterfly. I'm new to this blog world but I have been encouraged by Lavish to join and just release. From what I was told, bloggin is to use to say what's on your mind, to get advice, to share a story or just talk. I have lots of things to talk about, some make sense & some don't.
